Wade,

I want to thank you both for hosting us for dinner on Saturday. You are excellent host and cooks!! The hunt and all the extra-curricular activities were great as always. Hope to see you both again next year.

David

Wade,

Once again i want to thank you and your guides for providing two great trips for our large groups this year. I 've lost track of how many trips AL and I have done over the years with Hunters Dream but there has never been a disappointing one. Most of our customers are from the south and have never experienced hunts like you provide or the variations in weather. We are looking forward to next year .

It really is a Hunter's Dream...

Dear Wade,

Thanks to you and Tanner for a terrific hunt.I have never had so much shooting in one hunt in my life..It was a thrill to watch my son, Matt, shoot his first pheasant and for his son to be able to see it, as well.

Thanks, also Wade to your wife for opening up her home and letting all of us trapes through it for the bar-b-que.

What a feed.. Everything was delicious and plenty of it. I'm trying my hand at pheasant poppers tonight.

The hunt was an exciting adventure for GRANDPA, SON, and GRANDSON to share together.

THANK YOU !

Burnie, Matt and Caleb

Wade,

Please extend my best wishes for this holiday season to your family and colleagues at HUNTER DREAM LLC. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and your staff and enjoying the great pheasant hunting experience you provide.

Hi Wade,

I wanted to thank you again for a great hunt last week. We really enjoyed ourselves both during the hunt and the fish fry at your house on Saturday evening.

Thanks for a great time we'll look forward to doing it again!

Best Regards,

John

Wade,

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the hospitality that everyone provided me over the weekend.

It was my first time hunting in 27 years and it made me feel like a kid. The first day, I was incredibly nervous and went to load my gun with the chamber open. Though I may have deserved it, Tanner didn’t call me an idiot but instead told me, “Hey, you have to close your chamber before loading.” I’m sure he was worried then that I might be a safety liability, but he didn’t say anything, he just kept me zigzagging through that first field and tried to impart some pheasant-hunting wisdom. By that second field on Saturday I got my first hit. That time and every time I shot a bird when Tanner, Matt or you saw it, I would hear a very genuine-sounding “Nice shot!” from whoever was standing there. Whether it was or not, it gave me a lot of confidence and I have never shot like that when hunting before.

That sense of family and community was a little overwhelming for me at the dinner you hosted on Saturday night. The food was great, the company was fun and it felt like a place anyone would be happy to call home. It isn’t something that I would have expected in a city like Denver. It’s nice to know that there are still people like that out there.

It was great hunting and hanging with everyone. Could you let Matt and Tanner know that I really appreciated the help, the hospitality and the camaraderie? The experience will be with me for the rest of my life, and I am hoping I can add more in the coming years.

Sincerely, Eric Wilks

Wade,

Just wanted to let you, Matt and Josh know how much I enjoyed hunting with ya’ll this past weekend. This is the second time that I have hunted with you and the pheasant hunting each day, as well as the care and professionalism that you and your people demonstrate was exceptional. Al Bergin and the Schering Plough folks have always been very good to me in thinking enough of me to invite me on these trips. The scenery and the weekend weather was beautiful and the pheasant hunting and fellowship could not have been better. I got an early Christmas present that I will never forget.

Sincerely , Tony Wood

Hi Wade,
Halle and I made it back to Maine late Sunday night, doing the 30-hour drive in two days. While we were both pretty tired, we were still savoring our time in South Dakota and hunting pheasants with you and your crew.
It seemed to me, while I was there, that you do a thriving business with repeat customers and I'm sure you derive great satisfaction from renewing relationships each year with the same hunters.

There are probably others, such as myself, who are fulfilling a lifelong dream by such a trip. For us, it may be the only chance we get to experience the adventure of wild pheasant hunting on the legendary prairies of South Dakota.

I am a man of modest means. Working for The Salvation Army has many rewards, unfortunately, salary is not one of them. Consequently, trips like these are rare and, truth be known, had I not sold my ATV, I probably would not have been able to afford it.

However, I have no regrets. It was all worth it, and I am very grateful to you and your crew for helping me fulfill this dream. Just to shoot a pheasant and have Halle suddenly appear, making her way through the standing corn, with a rooster in her mouth was satisfaction enough.

I hope I have another opportunity to join you in a hunt. If not, the memories will be etched in my mind forever and I will reflect fondly on the few days I spent in Mitchell in the Fall of 2008.

Thanks, Wade, and if these hunts ever seem to get too corporate or routine for you, just remember folks such as me and the impact you are able to make on our lives.

Blessings , Craig

Wade,
Thanks again for the great hunt and the entertainment that you have provided beyond the shooting of birds. Brian and I got a kick out of Matt as well. I have hunted all my life and this pheasant hunt rates right up there with our big game hunts we go on for elk, deer and pigs. Thanks again and gave a great year.

Wade,

I've spent the majority of this week reluctantly grounding myself from the great "Hunt" that I had with you and so today I decided to drop you a note. This is the Seventh season and about the 21st hunt that I've have had with you and your family and each and every time it's truly been a "Dream". I want to sincerely thank you and your family for your hospitality, courtesy and the outstanding WILD PHEASANT HUNT! I'll see you in December.

A word of thanks to Wade, Randy & the whole gang.  My name is Don Powell.  I was with this year’s group from Thompson Thrift. This was my first time ever pheasant hunting, I’m now in love with the sport thanks to you, your staff and your dogs. I had the time of my life. Mitchell South Dakota can take pride in having a great group of folks such as you, your father, and your staff. Thank you again not just for the hunt, but for a whole new way to enjoy the great sport of hunting.

Forever hooked,
Don Powell

Each year I gather a group of friends, clients, and associates to hunt with Wade Musick in Mitchell South Dakota. The atmosphere and the hunts are always exciting. Mitchell welcomes hunters and the entire town goes out of its way to make the stay an enjoyable one. Wade and his father take care of all the details to provide a hassle free time so that I can focus on the hunt and the time with friends. The dogs are phenomenal and the scenery picturesque. There is nothing quite like watching the hunt in action and the excitement each time I introduce a new friend to the pleasures of South Dakota hunting. I have found that it is unique way to introduce clients to the Midwest.

I had the best pheasant hunt of my life with Hunters Dream. Miles and miles of grassland dotted with overgrown CRP fields to create an ideal pheasant habitat that supports a strong bird population. Wild Roosters flushed early and often, offering me more than several opportunities to fire. Well guided, well fed and genuinely happy at the end of an enjoyable day in Mitchell South Dakota.
